What does the registration fee include? Registration Fee includes conference sessions, refreshments, luncheons, conference materials, gala dinner on 28 March 2016 but not the optional technical tours, airport transfer and accommodation
When will I receive my conference materials? Your conference material will be made available on a temporary website after the event. You will be provided with access details for this website at the conference.
When should I pay to attend the conference? Payment is required prior to the event to enable you entry.
How should I pay for the conference? Payment can be made online, telegraphic transfer, local cheque or by credit card.
How many delegates will be at the conference? There are 5 forums on each day of the conference so the numbers will vary. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.
How can I get to the venue? The hotel phone number and directions are listed on the website on the Accommodation page. Once registered and logged into the HBE mobile app there will further details. Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance.
What about accommodation? The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the Accommodation page. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending the HBE ASIA conference when making your reservation or make your booking using the accommodation form on the Accommodation page.
What should I wear? The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.
Special Needs If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.
Will I receive any information from you in the mail? After the conference, from time to time, you may receive brochures on related topics.
Bank Charges Please note that all related bank charges, financial charges or credit card commissions are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the fees payable to the conference. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL Payment. Upon receipt of the FULL PAYMENT, the conference secretariat will send you a confirmation letter via email. Please bring along the confirmation letter and present it upon registration at the Conference.
Cancellation & Refund Policy All cancellations of the registration must be in writing to the conference secretariat. Refund will only be made AFTER the Conference. If cancellation is received more than 15 days prior to the event, a full refund (minus an administration charge of 10% of the registration fees) will be provided. 10 – 15 days before the event, a 50% refund (minus an administration charge of 10% of the registration fees) will be provided. Less than 10 days before the event, no refund will be given but a substitute delegate is welcome to take the place of a delegate.
Substitution of Delegate(s) This is allowed, provided the conference secretariat is notified in writing of the name and the designation of the new delegates(s) anytime prior to the commencement of the event. Transfer to other programmes is not allowed.
